Treatment of Inverse Psoriasis With Efalizumab

Various topical and systemic treatments have shown effi cacy in plaque and palmoplantar psoriasis; however, studies regarding effi - cacy in inverse psoriasis are few. The authors present a case of a patient with severe inverse psoriasis who was successfully treated with efalizumab, resulting in complete and sustained remission during prolonged maintenance therapy.
