Limitations of this study include the single-center, retrospective
design and the short follow-up interval. Furthermore,
information regarding skin type, curl pattern, and other
demographics were not obtained in our cohort and could not
be evaluated. Large-scale prospective studies are needed to
improve our understanding and approach to alopecia treatment.
