USE OF IMAGES

You may use only the watermarked images, unless given written permission otherwise, for printed and/or electronic non-commercial, clinical and/or educational use. This includes consulting, lectures, and other teaching materials presented within your academic institution and/or clinic.

When using an image, the watermark must remain intact. This means the watermark is not to be removed or altered in any way. The image is not to be cropped, altered, or modified, including but not limited to, color alterations and photo editing. Images must be used as provided. All images are unauthorized for reproducing, republishing, posting, transmitting, or distributing in any way outside of these terms. Written permission must be submitted and granted to use the images outside of this scope. Please click here to contact us about permissions.

All source references should indicate, on the same page as images: Image source: The Full Spectrum of Dermatology: A Diverse and Inclusive Atlas

When selecting images, please consider the mission of The Full Spectrum of Dermatology: A Diverse and Inclusive Atlas, which is to be inclusive of all skin tones when discussing and/or showcasing skin conditions. We appreciate you using these images as a resource to help redefine medical education and, ultimately, care.

Prohibited Uses

Non watermarked images and altered images (cropped, modified, color alterations, photo editing, etc.) are not to be used unless express written permission is granted. Written permission requests would also need to be submitted for commercial or sponsored use. See above for the image use scope. If your intended use falls outside of those terms, please click here to contact us about permissions.
