Abstract
Primary cutaneous adult-onset Langerhans cell histiocytosis is a rare disorder typically characterized by a diffuse papular rash
accentuated in a seborrheic distribution. We present a unique case of large plaques and nodules in a sporotrichoid pattern
isolated to the lower extremity.
