Rosacea is a complex, chronic inflammatory skin disease that is certainly not rockin for those who suffer with it. The pathophysiology is a smorgasbord of barrier dysfunction, reduced antioxidant capacity, inappropriate immune response, dysbiosis, and neurovascular dysregulation just to name a few.
