Prurigo Nodularis
Prurigo nodularis in darker skin tones tends to be associated with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (and often central hypopigmentation) and can sometimes cause permanent scarring. Keep in mind hypertrophic lichen planus can have a similar appearance.
