Syringomas
These small, benign, elevated bumps or adnexal tumors form clusters and are often skin-colored but can also range from white or yellow to hyperpigmented, as seen in some of these images. Clues pointing to syringomas include pruritus, lack of mucosal involvement, and absence on the palms or soles.
