Nevi: Spilus
Nevus spilus is a combination of two morphologies. In lighter tones it can present as a tan or light brown patch with numerous red- brown macules and papules within. In darker skin tones these patches can appear gray with brown- gray macules and papules within. Note the variety of color changes seen here.
