This collection of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) images displays a wide range of appearances which can vary based on skin tone. Notice the more violaceous or hyperpigmentation in darker skin tones opposed to the reds in lighter skin tones.
Take note of how CTCL can appear more eczematous in nature with scaly plaques or firmer papules and nodules in darker skin tones.
