Acute Febrile Neutrophilic Dermatosis
Acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis is classically characterized by edematous red tender papules and nodules on the skin in combination with fever and other systemic symptoms. Notice how the appearance of erythema can actually appear violaceous to bluish as the skin tones get darker.
