Abstract
Dear Editor,

Psoriasis is recognized as a systemic disease with various comorbidities that increase disease burden and complicate treatment.1 Research has highlighted its systemic impacts, as well as worsened mental health outcomes.1,2 These comorbidities have a profound impact on patient quality of life, including work impairment, medical utilization and overall lower quality of life, as measured by the Dermatologic Life Quality Index (DLQI).3 These challenges highlight the need to better understand the significant effects of psoriasis.
