JDD’s recent article titled “A Cosmetic Regimen Formulated to Address the Multi-Modal Pathogenesis of Rosacea Demonstrates Efficacy for Treating Facial Redness and Skin’s Appearance” highlights the effectiveness of a non-prescription anti-redness skincare regimen for rosacea patients. The regimen, which included a treatment serum, redness-reducing moisturizer, and sunscreen, demonstrated significant improvements in facial redness – 21% by week 4 and 32% by week 8. Additional benefits included enhanced skin radiance, reduced fine lines, and improved texture, with no tolerability issues reported. This cosmetic approach offers rosacea patients a promising option for reducing redness and enhancing overall skin appearance.
