Abstract:	Idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis (IGH) is a very common skin disorder, although the precise prevalence of which is unknown. There are no universally safe and efficacious treatments for this condition. The authors report the success of 1% pimecrolimus cream in inducing repigmentation is this hypomelanotic disorder.
